Micro Greens
CommonWealth Urban Farms grows a wide range of micro greens supplied to restaurants in Oklahoma City. Micro greens are delivered in flats and are a living, flavor packed, nutritious and beautiful food!
During the cool season, we offer radish, Rambo radish (purple & green leaf), arugula, dill, celery, cilantro, Kickstarter, red bok choy, Ruby Streaks, Red Russian kale & pea shoots. Microgreen Basics
*Keep micro greens in a cool place; a fridge is best. Microgreens have a short shelf life if stored in a hot kitchen.
* If the soil starts getting dry, bottom water using a tray underneath. Top watering can damage the delicate leaves.
